Counseling & Mental Health Support
Survivors can be connected to licensed, trauma-informed counselors through our referral network. Services may include:
- Individual counseling
- Survivor-led support groups
- Emotional and crisis support
Legal Aid for Survivors
Safe House Project helps connect survivors to legal aid partners who provide assistance with:
- Criminal record expungement
- Visa and immigration support
- Restraining orders or family law issues
Safe Housing
Through SHP’s national housing network, survivors can access:
- Emergency and long-term housing
- Education and job support
- Healthcare referrals and stabilization services

Anna’s Strength
After traveling thousands of miles to escape, Anna connected with SHP and found housing and purpose. Today, she’s planning to mentor young women.
